1. Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Bellarine Rides.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, travel dates, and passenger numbers at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to your transfer.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or SMS) as soon as possible.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.

We will endeavour to accommodate amendments to bookings where possible, subject to availability.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times during the transfer.

Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illicit substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

We reserve the right to terminate a transfer without refund if a passenger's behaviour poses a risk to the driver or other passengers.

Any damage caused to our vehicle by a passenger will be the financial responsibility of that passenger.

5. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make every effort to be punctual, Bellarine Rides is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For airport transfers, we recommend allowing adequate time for check-in and security. We are not responsible for missed flights.

6. Liability

Bellarine Rides holds appropriate public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the transfer in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from the use of our services.

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. We make no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the information.

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability or accessibility.
